Locatie excelenta, aproape de centru, langa magazine mari si mici, patiserii, brutarii, fast food-uri, pizza, inghetata, toate aproape, fie in cladire fie vis a vis, sau 5 min de mers cu masina. Nota 11 din 10 pt locatie! Pot sa mai adaug ca a fost destul de liniste si ne-am odihnit bine!
Lipsa facilitatilor: fara aragaz (doar un cuptor electric cu membrane uzate care nu iti inspira deloc incredere sa-l bagi in priza, plus ca era asezat pe un dulap subred la 50cm de podea), fara masina de spalat, fara uscator de haine, fara vesela suficienta (fara boluri, tigaie etc.), chiuveta infundata... Podea murdara, copiii erau cu talpile negre de la umblat pe jos. Mobila invechita era destul de uzata. Pe scurt nu e pt familii cu copii, desi e spatios apartamentul, nu-l pot recomanda deloc, iar pretul pt ce ofera nu e potrivit.
