Habe Weltweit viele Unterkünfte ausprobiert und diese hier ist echt TOP! Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung und voll ausgestattet, man fühlt sich fast wie zuhause. Kochen ist auch möglich und ist alles vorhanden. Gute Lage und alles sehr gut Beschrieben (Email, Videos/Whatsapp). Einkaufmöglichkeiten 5 min.zu fuß. Preis-Leistung Unschlagbar! Eigentlich Kleinigkeiten aber trotzdem nicht ganz gefallen: Schlafzimmer sehr heiß und auch ein Fliegengitter ist leider nicht vorhanden. Die Nachbarn respektieren die Ruhezeiten garnicht (um 1-2 Uhr früh noch Lärm). Tiefgaragenplatz sehr eng und das System nicht wirklich Kundenfreundlich gestaltet (Toröffner nur über ein eigenes Handy zu Bedienen) aber hat immer Funktioniert.

Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji, nov, opremljen za komforan boravak, sjajna komunikacija sa menadzerom objekta.

Kompleks u kome se nalazi apartman je jos uvek u izgradnji, pa je malo veća buka radnim danima.

A beautiful view from the balcony of a nicely decorated apartment. Everything inside is new and it has everything needed for a short stay. The apartment is very close to the city center and shops, so the location is excellent. The insulation is good, so you can’t hear noise from other apartments or from outside.

Before even arriving in the city, we received self check-in instructions in which, along with standard information, the host requested all card details including the CVC, supposedly to charge €100 in case of damage after check-out on their private internet site. This immediately seemed suspicious to us, as we had never encountered such a request before, especially in private apartments. We contacted the host through Booking.com messages, but he immediately moved the communication to my private number via WhatsApp and refused to address our concerns. He kept repeating that if we didn’t want to provide the details, we could cancel the reservation, which gave the impression that he didn’t want us to come at all, as he mentioned cancellation multiple times even though we never asked for it. After he rejected our request, we contacted Booking.com customer support. They confirmed that requesting payment details in advance for potential damages was not in line with the apartment’s listed policies and told us we did not have to pay anything upfront. They also said they would contact the host and ask him to send check-in instructions without requiring card details and CVC. However, the host contacted us again, once more offering cancellation and still refusing to send the check-in instructions. He even stated that Booking.com is just a “middle man” and that he doesn’t have to follow their requests, as he can run his apartment however he wants. Since we were already on the way and had no realistic chance of booking alternative accommodation on such short notice, we decided to trust him. Upon arrival, the self check-in process was overly complicated and took more than 30 minutes. You first have to park somewhere further away (I recommend near Lidl), then go to the entrance of a different building to collect the key for the actual apartment building.
