The apartment was very clean & organized. The beds were comfortable. The parking garage made it easy to escape the rain, since it was directly under the building & we took the elevator directly to our apartment from the parking garage. Though it initially seemed like they were going to charge me an extra 100 RON in order to get bed linens on the 2nd bed in the apartment, it looks like they didn't charge my credit card for this. The host communicated well showing even videos how to find the parking spot (though it was still a bit confusing: I suggest the host tell the customers the actual parking spot assigned number, because relying on the video can be confusing since it seems like a maze down there).

1.) The A/C remote batteries were dead. The host suggested we go out & buy some ourselves to replace them. We instead used the batteries from the TV remote to make the A/C work. 2.) The fact that even though this apartment is advertised as a 2-bedreoom (2-bed) apartment SHOULD mean both beds should be available & included to use. However, after going through the reservation process & paying for our 3-nights stay, a different "check-in" process was messaged to me by the hosting company "Open House Apartments," where it said I needed to include a credit card for the 500 RON Damage Deposit, AND, it gave me the option of paying 100 RON if I wanted linen foe the 2nd bed. This should NOT be. If an apartment lists in their advertisement that they have 2 queen beds (for example), then both beds should automatically have linen for them. Thankfully, it seems that my credit card wasn't charged for that extra linen, and the damage deposit was not charged, especially since we left the apartment in great condition.

Check-in / Check-out kompliziert (Dokumente ausfüllen, Videos anschauen…); man muss seinen Müll beim Check-out selber entsorgen, das ist doch ziemlich ungewöhnlich; ich habe auch nur sehr ungern meine ganzen Kreditkartendetails (auch CvC) online übermittelt, zumal im Apartment bei Ankunft kleine Mängel waren, die uns nicht gestört haben, aber ich hatte ständig Sorge, dass mir dafür von der Kreditkarte was abgezogen werden würde (Deckel des Klospülknopfes fehlte, Rollstuhl Sitzfläche aufgerissen)

Excepțional! A fost peste așteptări. Apartamentul arată superb, este spațios, luminos și amenajat cu gust. Totul a fost impecabil de curat. Un plus , au fost cele două băi. Zonă liniștită, dar aproape de tot ce ai nevoie în Timișoara (un Lidl foarte aproape). Toate instrucțiunile de cazare primite pe mail cu video (parcare subterană,gunoi,cheie,etc) și nr. de telefon pentru alte întrebări suplimentare. Aș oferi mai mult de 10 dacă s-ar putea.
