Generous apartment, good location, easy to find parking places

Not very clean. Actually it would have needed a proper cleaning. The improper manner of presenting the house rules in a way that is far from polite but rather threatening. All done after the booking was confirmed and paid.

As a family of five, we have nothing but praise for this accommodation. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a very large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a big corner sofa and TV, two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. As we were traveling with an 8-month-old baby, the host kindly provided a foldable baby crib. Private parking is available, and the location is excellent—close to the city center, near the Amazonia Aquapark and the Iulius Town shopping mall. Highly recommended, a perfect 10/10.

Wonderful apartment and host

The apartment is spacious, stylish, and very clean. The property manager provided us with all the necessary information for a wonderful stay. He even offered us a variety of savory and sweet snacks, water, and a bootle of champagne. The espresso machine made great coffee; ground coffee was also provided during our stay. We wanted to book it for a longer stay, but it was unavailable. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very comfortable with an excellent location. Free parking is provided, which is a great benefit. The place is clean and cozy. The process of picking up the keys was very easy, and we were greeted with a bottle of drink as a welcome gift (thank you for that).

At the time of booking, we had a request for a 100 EUR deposit (for potential damages to the apartment). Considering that there was no direct meeting with the host to check the apartment upon arrival and departure, I find the request for a deposit somewhat unfair. The deposit was to be paid via a bank card, meaning the funds were reserved on the account, but no inspection was made. When we entered the apartment, we found that the lock on one of the bathrooms was not working. Additionally, there was a bag full of old bread in the kitchen, which should have been discarded before the guests' arrival.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage, die ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage – alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos.

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, war, dass der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft war. Außerdem war der Parkplatz nicht immer zugänglich, obwohl er zur Wohnung gehört. Dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts – manche Autofahrer stellen ihre Fahrzeuge leider etwas willkürlich ab.

Великолепная , идеально продуманная до мелочей, очень уютная и чистая квартира. До центра можно дойти за 20 минут, близко к аэропорту. Очень внимательное отношение Маркуса, ощущение дома, созданное с вниманием и заботой о гостях. Очень рекомендую!!!

Nous avons étés très bien accueillis avec une bouteille de champagne, de l'eau et des gâteaux. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé.
