Central Accommodation in Monarh Tower by Open House apartments

Spacious apartment, comfortable for a family of four.

Didnt receive a key to the parking garage, although it was stated in the received check-in instructions that the keys will be prepared in the apartment. Parking was eventually available outside of the building, but had to call the host each time to check if it is ok to park on a given empty parking space. After we checked in, we found that in one of the bathrooms the showerhead was broken. In the second bathroom in the shower there was only luke-warm water. They charge you a significant amount of money for the cleaning of the apartment (that is the "additional taxes" included in the price), but the cutlery in the kitchen and the bathtub needed cleaning before we could use them. Also, the multiple video explanations and instructions are too long-winded, could have been done in a more simple and concise way. Also there is an active construction site next to the building where the apartment is located.

Excellent apartment, spacious, big and clean.

We liked everything.

Lokacija je dobra, blizu centra je. Apartman je prostran i prelepo opremljen.

Mogao bi biti cistiji, pod je bio prljav. Kada smo dosli nije bilo parking mesta, tek se kasnije oslobodilo.

Location is good, apartment is big and solid construction work so you have good sound and heat isolation. Two bathrooms and bedrooms.

First, one of the main reasons why we booked this apartment l, is that it says it has private parking spot included, which when we came was taken and parking box broken(which they knew already but decided to give price with parking spot) we contacted manager and he replayed laughing saying “yeah, you will find some spot”. I agree we were able to find another spot but had to pay for parking that day and if it wasn’t weekend we would have to pay each day then. Other then that, we had two bathrooms but in both shower was not working, in one was not working at all and in second water pressure switches between battery shower and above head shower, third thing Wi-fi was not working at all. Outside of that I am not a person that is picky but decided ti write this review since manager was already aware of the issues and decided to laugh and ignore me afterwards, and biggest thing is that I have booked a lot of different places over the years but this property is charging you every thing like if you dont take trush out they will charge you but they already charge you additional price for cleaning, then they say if they find any blood stain or something on towel they will again charge you, if you want to have another spot they will charge you additional (which is ok) but since they dont have even one spot I wonder what would happen if I said that we need two cars, then if you want to have an early check in like even a smaller time they will charge you 20€(whoch is also fine) everything that would be perfectly fine if they provided everything up to the point and if they were fair and return some money for the parking or at least they took it out of the booking property.
