As a family of five, we have nothing but praise for this accommodation. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a very large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a big corner sofa and TV, two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. As we were traveling with an 8-month-old baby, the host kindly provided a foldable baby crib. Private parking is available, and the location is excellent—close to the city center, near the Amazonia Aquapark and the Iulius Town shopping mall. Highly recommended, a perfect 10/10.

The location was good enough, a bit far from city centre but manageable, the apartment was very spacious and easy to access.
The apartment was dirty, all drawers and cabinets had stuff from previous guests, I used none as I was not feeling comfortable, the surfaces of the cabinets were dirty too, you could see the doors greasy and full of marks. the key for the parking was a confusing part as the checking instruction was not matching the reality, it was telling me about some keys that I looked for only to find out later there is not key and the spot is free from blockers. A bit disappointed that I could not use the bathtub as the water stopper was brocken and I could not fill it, I was really looking forward to using it. The small bathroom has mold around the corners, by the shower areas. It is clear that the management is not inspecting the property and the cleaning person is taking advantage.
