Perfect for 4 nights. Clean, spacious and in the middle of everything you need. Very central and also quiet. Air conditioning and a bigger tv was also nice. You walk out and the restaurants and shops are right there. You have a kitchen with everything you need to cook but I prefer to eat out. There’s also a washer and dryer ( all in one).

There’s a short walk from where the car can take you but it’s not much and for us was not at all a problem but just be aware.

Great communication with the host and clear instructions as to how to find and enter the property. We arrived late, nevertheless the host was available and communicating with us the entire time, even after midnight. The property was just as described - clean, minimalist and comfortable, right in the city center. Easy parking nearby. Coffee machine in the kitchen (which is of utmost importance to us). All in all great accommodation - would definitely recommend and stay again if we get the chance to visit Timisoara again.

Raul is a great and helpful host. The room is basic, small, and a bit old but the location is incredible. With 3 bedrooms in one facility and a spacious shared kitchen it’s great for large groups and families but not my preferred level of privacy. Big TV and good AC.

The bathroom mirror is small and too high, if you are under 179cm tall you can’t see it. Hard bed.

Locatia este chiar in centru aproape de obiective turistice si de zona pietonala a Timisoarei, a fost liniste chiar daca are 3 camere cu baie separata si o bucatarie comuna nu a fost deloc deranjant deloc. chiar si cand ceilalt oaspeti au fost in bucataria comuna in camera nu sa auzit nimic
