Beautiful apartment, excellent location!

Everything was just as expected, the apartment is nice and clean, has everything you need, and is very well equipped. The owner is nice and very responsive. We walked to the city center, the supermarket was close by, and even the big shopping mall; the location is excellent. All recommendations, and we will definitely come back when we visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in Timișoara. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the main squares, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Timișoara who wants both comfort and convenience.

Perfect location for a nice short walk to the city center. Comfortable apartment.

It's true that it's not that close to the city center, but I think the location is just perfect for a nice short family walk to the cathedral and squares. It depends on what you prefer. The apartment is nice and comfortable.

It's generally clean, but IMO that part could have been done a little better. If you use the underground parking, you have two options to enter it: - You need to call the owner to ask him to open it for you. - You can open the door from the inside and then quickly run into your car and drive it in (the door is open for around 20 seconds or so). I tried it, it was fun. I think it makes sense for the owner to provide the parking key card, if possible.

Studio with private parking space

A new building with a private parking space in the garage. The apartment is just right for two people and has plenty of light, it is warm, it is completely furnished in Ikea style, everything you need is in the kitchen except for a microwave, there is also a large LED TV with Netflix, close to the pedestrian zone in the center is a 10-minute walk away

Although all the furniture is new, the mattress of the bed was soft. The instructions for retrieving the keys were delivered late

Vecinatatile locatiei inca sunt in santier Curatenie facuta doar in locurile uzuale Borcanelul de tips .Dragi proprietari va rugam platiti decent personalul de la curatenie sa nu fie obligati sa cerseasca tips de la turisti . Locatia are 2 geamuri unul cu draperie doar draperie si unul cu perdea doar perdea apartamentul fiind la etajul 1 cu geamurile spre strada se vede tot seara in locatie . Lipsa seif ,lipsa un cuptor cu microunde sau freyer . Fiind una din locatiile cele mai scumpe din Timisoara ma asteptam la mult mai mult ! Lipsa dulat exita unul open space la fel ca si in tarile tropicale gen (Bali ) acolo se justifica dar in Timisoara 2026 oras European nu se justifica .

Toplo,udobno,moderno i funkcionalno . Opremljeno svim sto je potrebno za duzi boravak. Velika prednost parking mesto u podzemnoj garazi. 10 minuta hoda do centra grada. Nema buke iako stan gleda na ulicu. Preporuka.

La vicinanza con il centro, appartamento pulito e silenzioso anche se fronte strada, fornito di ogni confort, posto auto riservato. LHost molto gentile, ci ha seguito per il check in con attenzione e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno.

Unico neo, non c’era a disposizione il telecomando per apertura del garage in autonomia…l’host e’ stato comunque sempre disponibile per l’apertura da remoto.

Ottimo appartamento con margine di miglioramento

Posizione in prossimità del centro storico, pulizia e gradevole temperatura interna, cucina attrezzata, presenza del garage nel piano interrato dell'edificio, sono i punti di forza di questa struttura.

Dover chiamare l'host per farsi aprire il garage, meglio dotare di un telecomando il mazzo di chiavi o usare un altro sistema da remoto; spazio intorno al letto inadeguato.
