very spacious, clean, big shower cabin, hot water

we could not get the heating to work, the thermostat stayed at 12.3 degrees, it was very cold, we had to wrap ourselves in 2 blankets and 2 towels

Excellent stay, close to center

Everything was great. Floor heating provided a very comfy and enjoyable experience while there. Location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious and look very nice

Deceiving appartment

Very good location 👌 Spacious apartment with great potential if the host will clean it and add necessary kitchen items.

Dirty floors, filty counter top and bath tub. At first glance the apartment looks clean but it's just because the floors and countertop colors hide the dirt. I wiped the crumbs I found on counter top and the wet wipe became dark brown 😬 . Kitchen utensils dirty and missing. No salt, pepper nor sugar available. Tea kettle available but no cups for tea...🤔 The bathtub was very dirty too and the shower doors didn't close. The cover sheet on the beds are a bit too small for 2 people so one will get uncoverd over night. Host should change to bigger cover sheet or 2 per bed.

The owner did not reply to any whats app mesagges but email a few times askimg for a review. Well the truth is its a very nice flat but the cleaning was really bad Floors were dirty,bathroom was disgusting Lots of dust on furniture,no duvets on the covers for the bed in january...i can write a few more but i should stop So before asking for a review i would suggest you to check tje flat state before you rent it !!

-The outlets didn’t work at all, just 3 that were in the kitchen, but in the rooms we didn’t have any functionable outlets.

Very well located apartment with the right amenities

I liked the cleanness of the apartment. Modern, clean, very well located near the center of the city. Fresh towels were provided. Furniture was modern and the amenities were great. In front of a park so that was also a plus. I would recommend it. Check-in was easy if you follow the instructions clearly.

The worst aspect was communication with the host. I send a message to the host more then 24 hours before arrival both through WhatsApp and through the internal Booking message system and there was no answer until 40 minutes before the check-in hour the day of. I even called on the phone 3 times with no answer. That had an impact on me as I was already tired, with luggage deciding my next move in case this apartment wouldn't work out. When the message did come 40 minutes before the check-in hour, it was clear, with concise instructions. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom. There was shower gel, dish washing liquid for kitchen, but no soap.

Dezamagitor din cauza mizeriei.

Ne-a placut ca era aproape de centru.

A fost mizerie, in baie , in dormitoare, pe pereti erau spoiti tantari, nu existau perdele, doar niste jaluzele care intr-un dormitor puteai lasa in jos doar o parte din ele. Gemurile nu se inchideau cum trebuie.

Amplasarea apartamentului

La baie cabina de dus nu era functionala in totalitate doar o para mica de dus (poze) si scurgerea apei se facea foarte greu plus urme de mucegai (poze) , in camere pe pereti si tavane erau vizibile panze de păianjeni(poze) , intr-un dormitor pe perete era igrasie(poze) , miros neplacut din lipsa curateniei si a igienizarii, gresie lipicioasa inclusiv canapele din piele , instalatie electrica defecta la unele intrerupatoare/prize (poze) , reviza tehnica la centrala expirata 2020-2022(poze ) , aerul conditionat a trebuit conectat de noi cu un prelungitor gasit la fata locului pentru a fi functional(intr-o singura priza erau conectate : centrala termica , aerul conditionat ... poze) , lipsa curatenie corpuri suspendate (poze), lipsa curatenie frigider (poze), lipsa plase la geamuri montate ele fiind lasate in camere la vedere...., si multi tantari!

Este o problemă cu proprietarul Centrală nu este verificată din 2020 a expirat în 22 E un pericol!!! Curățenia este slabă Prizele și întrerupătoarele se mișcă Având copii în casă este un pericol nu am stat tot sejurul am plecat mai repede Cred ca agenți de l‐a booking ar trebui să mai verifice din când în când locațiile

Evitati hoteltimisoara.ro, apartamente murdare

Mi-a placut faptul ca apartamentul este pozitionat ideal, cu priveliste catre parc, într-o zona centrala. Am apreciat atat pretul cat si apartamentul in sine, fiind unul foarte spatios.

Se pare ca toate cazarile manageriate de hoteltimisoara.ro sunt într-un complet haos cand vine vorba de comunicare cu proprietarul si cu curatenia. Mesajele catre proprietar nu au primit nici un fel de raspuns. Atat baia, cat si bucataria nu au fost curatate deloc, dusul si cuptorul fiind aproape nefunctionale (pline de grasime, cabina de dus plina de scame, par si mizerie). Praful prezent pe jos si pe prosoape imi da de inteles ca nu a fost curățat de mult timp pe acolo iar faptul ca produsele de curatenie erau insirate peste tot imi dadea cumva de inteles ca poate ar trebui sa pun mana sa curat eu daca tot am ajuns acolo. Overall, e a 2 a locatie manageriata de ei la care am vazut acelasi lucru, o experiență trista
