Great disappointment

New building.

There is a big difference between what I expected and the reality. Only the name of the property is Glam... They excused themselves the next day when seeing the pictures, for how dirty the place was but one can clearly see they never dusted the place. The floor was not hoovered (at least) and washed, the couch and chairs were full of crumble, I don't think the toilet was disinfected ... The sheets, although clean (I hope) had woman hair on them. The payment method was a bit weird. Parking in the street is easier than on the property. The bathroom was very cold and I discovered the window doesn't close properly. The furniture, door and shower fixtures need to be replaced and not since yesterday, but from a while ago. I accepted to stay only because I arrived too late to start looking for another property and was too tired to do so.

Large comfortable apartment in perfect location.

After 7 weeks traveling around, this was by far the nicest apartment that I stayed in!! It was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The location was ideal - an easy walk into the center - in a quiet leafy neighborhood.

Communication with the host could be a bit brusque. But in the end it was fine. More cross-cultural differences than anything else.

Raportul pret calitate foarte bun

Cu toate ca am facut rezervarea in seara cazarii administratorul a fost amabil si ne-a asteptat pentru cazare peste ora 22:00. Apartamentul este spatios, curat. Parcare in curtea proprietatii.

Un pic mai multa inima

Locatia este plasata intr-o zona cu magazine, destul de aproape de centru. Apartamentul este mare, curat si dotat cu multe electrocasnice.

Canapeaua din sufragerie este incomoda, majoritatea electrocasnicelor se pot folosi doar daca esti pregatit cu detergenti, pastile pentru masina de spalat vase si capsule de cafea, ceai , zahar (am citit faptul ca nu puteti asigura produse alimentare, dar in 9 din 10 astfel de apartamente, gazdele ofera cafea, ceai, dulciuri,...etc).

Простран и светао апартман, паркинг обезбеђен. Грејање више него добро. Подно. Миран крај. Изузетно много простора за гардеробу. Локација добра.

Слабо опремљена кухиња. Посуђе смо сами купили, дубоких тањира није било. У спаваћој соби је душек могао да прође али конструкција кревета је лоша тако да је било бучно чим се седне. Намештај је скроз бејзик. Али није нам сметало, јер је више добрих него лоших ствари. Можда би мало могли да поведу више рачуна о чишћењу по ћошковима а не само да се основно поспреми пре доласка госта.

Preț ridicat pentru ce ofera.

Apartamentul este bine poziționat în oraș, este într-o clădire nouă, poți parca relativ ușor pe strada, iar gazda, sau domnul cu care am fi vorbit s-a oferit sa ne lase sa parcam in curte, dar fiind locurile pe strada foarte accesibile nu am dorit neapărat sa parchez înăuntru. Comunicarea cu domnul de la încheiere a fost foarte ușoară si a raspuns prompt la aproape tot ce l-am rugat. Apartamentul în care am stat a fost mare, foarte bine luminat, iar dotările așa și așa.

1. Din pacate am constat ca nu era același apartament ca pe site, dar cred ca toate sunt la fel deci asta nu a fost o problemă neapărat. Mobila din apartament este de calitate cam slaba, însă pentru o noapte nu am avut neapărat mai multe pretenții. 2. Salteaua foarte slabă (pe soție nu a deranjat-o neapărat, dar mie îmi place sa ma odihnesc) si patul scârțâie la orice mișcare. 3. Antifonarea e jale, am stat in ap2 , iar la ap1 cineva a dat manele tare, dar nu extraordinar de tare si se auzea până in dormitor. +Un plus mare pentru domnul de contact căruia i-am scris de problema si mi-a spus ca în 10 min vine si vorbește și așa a făcut. Jos pălăria. 4. Curățenia. Mare minus. De menționat că nu am găsit praf pe mese/mobilier/pe podea, dar, eu podele așa mizerabile nu am văzut de când sunt. Cleioase, lipicioase, Doamne ferește să porți șosete albe sau deschise la culoare, iar prin baie sau chiar la colțurile din casa e mizerie multa adunată. La bucătărie este putina veselă, dar este, dar lingurile si furculițele așa mizerabile...am si râs ca am vrut sa iau o lingura si au venit 3 lipite una de alta. Aș fi vrut sa o spăl, dar ajung la punctul 5. 5. Absolut nici un fel de produs de curățat, la baie nimic pentru wc, niciun șampon, niciun gel duș. La bucătărie nu burete, nu detergent de vase, nu prosoape de hârtie sau altceva, nu matură si mop...ca la cum era pe jos am vrut sa spal eu dar nu am găsit nimic. 6. Un lucru care mi s-a parut deplasat. Am colaborat bine cu gazda, dar la final după ce am plătit, mi-a zis " bine acum trebuie să anulați de pe Booking ca sa pot lua eu comisionul". M-am simțit chiar prost ca omu săracu voia să câștige si el un ban, ma gândeam sa ii plătesc eu separat comisionul, dar nu mi-a plăcut cum a pus problema. Am refuzat pentru că eu folosesc foarte mult aplicațiile acestea și mă ajută sa imi fac nivel mare, mi-aș fi stricat palmaresul și pe deasupra nici nu pot lăsa comentarii/calificative, lucru care contează foarte...

Locația în centrul orașului a fost convenabilă, aproape de magazine și facilități. Mi-a mai plăcut foarte mult zona foarte liniștită. Personalul a fost atent și profesionist, contribuind la o ședere plăcută. Recomand pentru cei care caută o opțiune de cazare confortabilă în Timișoara.
