Large rooms and a very convenient location

The apartment was very spacious, with large rooms and a very convenient location — only about a 10-minute walk to the historic city center. There are supermarkets and public transport nearby, which made our stay easier. The place was also clean and had the advantage of private parking.

However, for a short stay, it might not be the most recommended option for a family, as the apartment is quite empty and lacks basic supplies. Of course, hosts are not obliged to provide everything, but most apartments usually offer at least some essentials. There was no kitchen paper or kitchen towel, so anyone renting this place should be ready to equip the kitchen with basic items. Another negative point was that we were asked if we could cancel the booking through the platform, which felt rather unprofessional. I chose not to cancel for my own reasons.

Perfect place for your stay in Timisoara

Very nice apartment, located in a calm area, walking distance to the city center. The apartment is sparkling clean, all facilities in place. Free parking in the yard is extremely useful when you come by car as the parking on the street is payable. Comunication with the host was very easy. Thank you!

Close to the center: walking distance (20 min) Spacious Clean

No internet/WiFi TV image of very bad quality Remote control for AC not on site and cooling was necessary (at 26 degrees C) Minimal and insufficient organization Parking, despite advertisement, was not available for all guests Host not present, only through phone and even that only before 10 pm. When I could not find WiFi, and needed AC, he also did not pick up for help. Plus some inappropriate attitude during initial contact.

Man musste den Ausweis via WhatsApp übersenden, das war nicht so schön. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, wir mussten das Gepäck 2 Stocken hochtragen.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament w bliskim sąsiedztwie starego miasta. Parking zagwarantowany za bramą. Apartament przestronny, czyściutki, ręczniki, zmywarka, balkon. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

W kuchni zabrakło podstawowych przypraw śól, pieprz. Ekspres do kawy bez kapsułek.

Het is heel erg gehorig. Het leek vaak alsof de buren bij ons binnen stonden. De vloer was miet echt schoon, we kregen zwarte voeten.

Ideale Unterkunft um die Stadt zur erkunden

Genügend Platz, gute Raumaufteilung, sehr sauber und gepflegt, ruhige Lage, Zentrum gut erreichbar, sehr schnelles Internet.

Küchenutensilien unvollständig. Wir bevorzugen zwei Einzelbettdecken im Doppelbett. Ist aber Geschmackssache.

Bueno y bonito para familias en Timisoara

El apartamento(nos tocó el del piso 0) es bien grande. Tiene un balcon muy conveniente. Hay mucha luz de afuera prácticamente todo el día, lo cual es genial si necesitas vitamina D. Mas allá de eso, la sala es bien espaciosa, calefacción en el piso, aire acondicionado, un horno, cocina, refrigerador y algunos utensilios para comer o cocinarte algo. El baño es igual de grande y cuenta con una lavadora. El propietario es muy profesional y accedió con darnos facilidades para pago y a la hora del check-in y check-out.

Tal vez faltaba agregar algunos utensilios esenciales, como una olla mas grande o mediana, una sartén, pastillas para máquina de cafe Bosch Tassimo (hay en Mega Image, pero no lo compramos porque por un par de días, no valía la pena), detergente para lavar ropa, shampoo y jabon de cuerpo y tal vez cambiar las pilas de los controles remotos de los televisores. Funcionaban muy poco y debía quitar las baterías constantemente para que los botones funcionen. En el piso de arriba, un sábado, hubo música alta hasta casi las 2am, de tipo manele. No tengo problemas si la gente quiere hacer su fiesta, pero tenía un niño de 2 años que dormía con nosotros. No molesté al propietario del apartamento de mi reserva, pero lo pongo en constancia por si se requiere hacer medidas preventivas para que no pase con otros huespedes.
