A comfortable, quiet place to stay with a great view.

We were met by the owner with the keys and instructions for parking our car in the secure underground car park. The view from the apartment was excellent. The apartment was austere but very functional. We caught the tram into the centre of Rouen with ease.

We loved absolutely everything! It was so clean and i finally felt like we could just go lay down without having to clean everything first The owner was amazing and very kind The view was beautiful. Everything was exactly how it should be!! 10000% recommended

Mooi uitzicht 15 hoog Ondergrondse prive-parkeerplaats, maar voor een grote auto lastig want het is een klein vak

Nummer 13 is een gedeelte van een flatgebouw en geen huisnummer. Was erg moeilijk te achterhalen waar we aan moesten bellen voor de sleutel Is een regendouche maar de grote kop was te verkalkt om het te doen.

Le logement est assez spacieux et lumineux. Gros + le parking en sous sol. Idéal pour quelques jours pour 2.

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h, heure déjà initialement tardive mais l'appartement n'était pas prêt et nous sommes restés dans l'appartement assis sur une chaise en attendant la fin du ménage qui devait durer 15mn mais qui s'est terminé à 17h30 ! Avoir un logement propre à 17h30 c'est pas acceptable, pour cela je ne recommande pas.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement propre, bien situé pour nous. Nous y avons passé 15 jours au calme. La résidence est sécurisée et le parking est un gros plus. L'aménagement est confortable et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié un vrai accueil plutôt qu'une boîte à clés. Cela devient rare.

Parfait

Ce logement épuré et lumineux permet de rapidement prendre ses marques, très bon accueil de l’hôte. Le logement est bien chauffé donc très agréable. Il dispose d’une place de parking souterrain. Les équipements, machine à café, Grille pains, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson sont très bien et en plus Marjolaine vous met à disposition quelques dosettes histoire de pouvoir prendre un bon petit café en arrivant que du bonheur.

Séjour agréable , belle expérience que je compte refaire quand je serai de retour à Rouen pour mes prestations

L’appartement est dans une concession très sécurisé et agréable, il est grand, propre, très lumineux avec vu coupée le souffle sur toute la ville de Rouen, une décoration très moderne…Les équipements sont mis à disposition que se soit dans la cuisine, salle de bain et la buanderie, l’appartement est bien situé car il est à proximité de tout, on peut se déplacer très facilement car les transports en commun sont à proximité aussi. Un parking sécurisé est mis à disposition au sous sol. Franchement si vous êtes d’accord souhaitez passer un séjour à Rouen, je vous recommande vivement cet appartement, car je me suis sentie comme chez moi.

Le seul bémol c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’interphone, quand j’avais de la visite j’étais obligée de descendre à chaque fois pour aller ouvrir portail mais c’est vraiment un détail car cela prouve que le lieu est vraiment sécurisé et ne donne pas accès à n’importe qui de rentrer dans la concession.

Les ploucs à la découverte d une grande ville

La propreté, les équipements. Tout y était jusqu'au dosettes de café . La literie nickel. Confort impeccable. Pas de bruit. Que du bonheur +++++

Un peu galère pour trouver et s orienter par rapport au nombre de bâtiments de logements. (Je viens de la campagne 😆). Mais très vite on nous a tout expliquer.
