Serene Central Hotel

The staff were really friendly and welcoming! They were always happy to help us with any questions we had. 😊

Everything was great! 😊

The staff are very professional and friendly. Also very accommodating. It felt like home away from home.

Nothing

The location of the hotel is superb. But what stood out the most is the staff! Luna and Annie at the reception were extremely helpful and kind to us. They helped us with birthday celebration as well as with our planned trips in and out of Hanoi, they definitely made us feel at home!! And the doormen were always welcoming us warmly even when we came back from our late night strolls. We also highly recommend the breakfast. Thank you to the resto staff for preparing yummy phở every morning!

It's located right in the Old Quarter. We only stayed a day because we needed to transfer to a car the next day to head to Sapa and this was central enough that we only needed to walk a few minutes to the pick up location.

The decor is aged. We didnt like the bathroom because it's built in a way that allows the water from the shower to go in between crevices that couldnt be cleaned. The hotel left the window open to keep the bathroom from getting moist (for the same reason) but it was too hot in Hanoi so we had to close it. All in all i think the hotel needs a renovation.
