Friendly and helpful hotel staff

Its cleanliness and central location made exploration very convenient.

The overall service at the hotel is exceptional, with a warm and attentive staff that goes out of their way to help. Staying in a top-floor room provided a very comfortable bed and peaceful rest. The location on Hàng Bông is perfect—truly ideal because it gives you easy access to everything without being trapped in the noisy, chaotic streets of the core Old Quarter. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great mix of local and Western options to kick off the day.

The toilette paper holder is installed at a wrong location

It's located right in the Old Quarter. We only stayed a day because we needed to transfer to a car the next day to head to Sapa and this was central enough that we only needed to walk a few minutes to the pick up location.

The decor is aged. We didnt like the bathroom because it's built in a way that allows the water from the shower to go in between crevices that couldnt be cleaned. The hotel left the window open to keep the bathroom from getting moist (for the same reason) but it was too hot in Hanoi so we had to close it. All in all i think the hotel needs a renovation.
