The Lotus Aman Hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was notably clean and well-kept, and the amenities were a nice touch. The staff demonstrated excellent communication and thoughtfulness concerning our plans. They were very helpful in recommending local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. The breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a delicious variety. The location is right in the center of Old Quarter, which is a huge convenience. We'll definitely stay again next time we visit Ha Noi.

I wish the room would have a small desk with a chair. It's tough to incorporate working while traveling.

The facility was clean and the pictures were accurate. Lots of bookings I see are older pictures of facilities where everything is brand new. This one was true to the pictures and everything was clean for me. I forgot to take pictures to add of the facilities. My bad.. I enjoyed the wooden touches that gave it a natural feel but with modern additions to keep air condition inside the building.

I love everything about this hotel. The manager Chloe and all staff was very helpfull even since before I arrived. The room is cleaning. I booked the room with balcony but the sound of crowd outside never bothering us while stay hêre. The location in middle Old Quarter so it's near to go everywhere. If i come to Hanoi again, I will stay here again for sure.
