We are now staying at another equivalent hotel in Hanoi and we are regretting our decision. The crew at Du Lac were the best during our stay in Vietnam.

We stayed here only for 4 nights but they were the best 4 nights we’ve ever spent in a hotel! Everyone was so so lovely I’ve never been anywhere before where people were this kind! We had chats with everyone it was just an amazing experience! The spa facilities are incredible we got a body scrub, massage, facial and we went to the onsen the massage was so amazing that I slept through most of it it was the best massage I’ve ever had and the facial was incredible both our skin looked glowy I ended up purchasing all the products they used on us as it was just so good! I got my hair washed twice here as well and it’s so worth it I honestly think I came back from Vietnam with healthier hair than I’ve ever had! The breakfast was again phenomenal you could ask for unlimited eggs Benedict and omelettes and they were made perfectly they had so many options for breakfast that you could order to your table we had dinner once we got room service on the first night we got there we were just shattered and it was quite a small menu but we were able to pick something we both wanted and it only took about 20 minutes and the food was with us it was definitely in the top 5 meals we ate in Hanoi
Honestly I could go on an on about how amazing this hotel was! We’re 10000% going to go back the next time we visit Vietnam and I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so so special!

Room was clean and spacious enough but soundproofing was not as good - loud music blasting from f&b establishments nearby and even next door neighbour's TV could be heard. Breakfast was good with good variety and quality. We had some trouble getting to the airport as Grab kept cancelling on us, however, with the help of a counter staff we finally secured a ride to the airport. Thank you for your service!
