    We stayed here from July 19 to 22, and overall, this hotel is a great option for people who work while traveling. The WiFi was strong and reliable, which made it easy for me to work during our stay. The location is also very convenient because it is close to almost everything, so getting around was easy. The staff were kind, accommodating, and polite. They cleaned our room every day without us having to request it, and they also provided bottled water daily. The room was a bit old, but it was clean. The bathroom was quite small, and the bathroom door needed some repair, but these were minor issues compared to the convenience of the location and the reliable internet connection. When we checked out, the staff also helped us load our luggage into the service van that was taking us to the sleeper bus bound for Sapa. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to digital nomads, remote workers, and anyone who needs dependable WiFi and a convenient location while traveling.

    Great location, staff and value for money. Best gor travelers looking for a place to sleep. Not a fancy hotel . Rooms need refurbishing- but suits its purpose.

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern when we raised our issues. On top of that, the room was noisy, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not match the standards or photos advertised. I regret booking this place and would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
