We stayed here for 2 nights and we're very satisfied with our booking. We came in late night and the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and even upgraded one of our rooms for free! The rooms were spacious and clean with complimentary coffee and water daily. Our favorite part? They have a weighing scale where we can check the weight of our luggage!

The hotel definitely needs improvement in terms of its physical appearance, cleanliness, and overall maintenance. Our room’s air conditioner was leaking, and although we reported it to the staff, the only solution provided was to use towels to soak up the water on the floor. This is one of the reasons I’m hesitant to use hotel towels for anything other than their intended purpose. 😢 The hallways are already quite narrow, yet hotel supplies, used towels, and linens were left scattered along them, making the area feel even more cramped and untidy. The hotel lobby was also very crowded with boxes and other items that should ideally be stored in a more suitable area. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. The location is also a major advantage—it’s close to the lake, souvenir shops, shopping centers, restaurants, cafés, spas, and the famous Beer Street, making it very convenient for tourists. Overall, the location and staff are great, but the hotel would benefit significantly from better cleanliness, organization, and regular maintenance.
