The bellboys were exceptionally polite and took good care of our luggage from the moment we arrived. The room completely matched the photos, with a stylish design, spotless surroundings, and a comfortable atmosphere. Being right in the center of the Old Town was incredibly convenient, with so many places to eat, shop, and explore just steps away.

The hotel is right on Hang Chieu Street, so it was incredibly convenient for exploring the Old Quarter on foot. Dong Xuan Market is just around the corner, and there are plenty of small restaurants and street food places nearby. In the evenings, we could easily walk to the night market without needing a taxi. The hotel itself has a lovely warm Indochine style, and the staff were extremely welcoming throughout our stay. For the price, we felt we got veryod value.

We were really impressed with the staff. They were incredibly helpful when we ran into a problem with our SIM cards and went out of their way to sort it out for us. The location was perfect for checking out the night market, and the room was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of fresh options, but the star of the show is definitely the live Pho station—the broth was rich and delicious. Jonny at reception was also super helpful in recommending the best local cafes nearby.
