    The Hotel staff is very accomodating from our first day until we check out 😍 The breakfast was so good😋 And the place is nearest to shopping street and sightseeing spots 😍

    The staff were so kind and helpful, even when we arrived at 2 AM. They were always ready to assist us and even sent us recommendations for places to visit. We requested an extra blanket and they provided it right away. They also gave us free water every day, and the food was good with lots of variety. They even helped us find a weighing scale for our luggage and always checked if we needed anything. They really made sure we were well taken care of. They also allowed us to leave our luggage until the evening, which was very convenient. The location is perfect if you want to stay in the Old Quarter close to the lake and many tourist spots. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated how accommodating and caring the staff were. Highly recommended!

    The hotel needs a complete makeover. Very dated. Air conditioning does not give cold air even though temperature set is 19 degrees C. Hotel gave a fan to cool the room. Heater in the toilet (esp the bidet spray) has erratic temperature. Can get boiling water from the taps. Be careful! Only consolation we had was the staff. Generally polite and helpful, esp Lee, who went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Will not recommend this hotel unless they do a complete makeover..
