Such a wonderful stay in the heart of Hanoi! The hotel has a fantastic boutique charm, perfectly located near the night market and the tour street with endless great food right on the doorstep. While the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast is genuinely incredible, the absolute highlight was the front office team. They were so kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready with a warm smile, great recommendations, or help arranging transportation. Their exceptional hospitality truly made this place feel like a home away from home.

The location was fantastic and convenient for getting around. Plus, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay with family! Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel! The hospitality here is truly unmatched, the vibes are incredible, the food is delicious, and the rooms are very comfortable. What made our experience unforgettable was the incredible service—everyone was so kind and helpful. The whole team at Lheritage went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, suggest incredible local dishes to try, and assist us with making reservations. Also, the breakfast was incredible! The fresh pho and cold brew coffee were so good! A special thank you to James, who shared so much fascinating culture with us and even helped us customize our food so we could experience and enjoy it the true local way! We are so grateful to the entire team for their genuine care and top-tier service. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back!

Staff are very friendly. Location within the old quarters. Rooms are just old.

Only stay one night and left at 4am for Sapa. Bathrooms are old and dark.
