Great value for money hotel. Staff were great and very friendly. Helped me book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Only downside was there was some construction next door which could be noisy at times.

We booked this property as it mentioned a gym, but it seems the gym had been removed. The pool isn’t big enough to actually swim in either.
Good location to walk into the old quarter, with an easy route through. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
