    I could say this is one of the best hotel i checked in during my visit to Vietnam. Their staff are super helpful and friendly no matter night shift or morning shift. Well maintained hotel with a good breakfast spread. Clean rooms, hot showers, soft beds just perfect.

    We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The positives: the location is good, with everything you need nearby. The atmosphere was also nice — generally calm and comfortable. The staff are polite and try to be helpful (with the exception of the woman working at breakfast). Now the downsides. Unfortunately, the photos on the website do not match reality. We specifically chose a room with a window, but it actually faced a roof, which was disappointing. The mattress is very soft — you literally sink into it, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Cleanliness is also questionable: there was a hair on the pillow, and the pillowcases looked grey and not fresh. The rooms are very small, which was not obvious from the photos. Another issue is the payment policy. The charge for the first day was taken immediately, and we were informed that if we decided to leave, an additional 10% of the total amount would be charged. In other words, cancelling without losing money is basically impossible. Overall, the experience was mixed: there are some positives, but the drawbacks are quite significant.
