    This place is located in a small alley, so taxis do not drop all the way. You need to walk 100-200 metres, depending on which side of the alley you get dropped. I had initial hiccup as my Agoda booking could not be found when I reached late at night. However the staff was very cooperative and did give me a room after waiting for 30 minutes. It was a downgrade from what I had booked. Next day they changed my room to the original and refunded the difference amount. But after this I had no issues. The staff was always very attentive to needs, helpful and friendly. They even helped take me luggage to the room. The complimentary breakfast is quite good with fruits, cereal, variety of breads, cakes and freshly made pancake /rice or noodles. The room had some instant coffee and green tea as well. In spite of being in a busy area, the hotel had an elevator. They also stored my luggage when I went to Sapa for 3 days. And they also allowed me to keep my luggage after checkout. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.
