    Loved the location. near many restaurants. with convenience store nearby. the room is really spacious and clean. they dont have a staff at night. they have an elevator. there was an ongoing renovation at the lobby when we were there.

    Been travelling for 8 days with at least 5kg of dirty laundry and staff generously provided free laundry service! Room was very comfortable. Will definitely book again. 10/10

    The location is on a seemingly metal repair street. Extremely noisy and you can’t escape it. When you step outside, it’s overwhelming as sparks from the welders are flying towards your legs. If you are going to book, make sure to book through Agoda. I asked to change rooms to a downgrade, just so I could go upstairs and get away from the noise. I was told that it would be $8 more each night to downgrade… I then booked my new room on Agoda and was able to move rooms the next day at noon. Annoying that I couldn’t just switch over and had to endure another sleepless night due to the noise. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

    It doesn’t feel like a typical hotel — there’s no on-site receptionist, water isn’t refilled, and room cleaning is only done upon request. The building door is also locked after 10 PM. If you need to go out, you’ll have to open the roll-up door using a remote from a lockbox, then return it and reset the code afterward. This setup felt inconvenient and a bit limiting. I also felt uncomfortable in the room and had to keep the lights on throughout the night, which affected my overall experience. While the staff were accommodating and responsive, it didn’t fully make up for the inconvenience and discomfort.
