The staff amazing even before I arrived in the old quarter amazing and special mentions to Wayne and his amazing staff The Map of the quarter with a big we are here was wonderful and so much information its a must. FINALLY the breakfast unbelievable and it kept you going all day wonderful and I be back love the people and city of Hanoi
The TV played but every TV guy came to fix it I was offered another room but wasn't in long enough 10 out of 10

All the staff were excellent! Special thanks to the lady who booked all my tours, she did a perfect job. The location in Hanoi Old Town is fantastic.

The most beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff members. They looked after me so well. The room was the best and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was also super yummy. Awesome location. I will come back here and stay again for sure.
Everything was perfect. There was not a thing that I didn't like.
