Omina Hotel & Travel

We have travelled in Vietnam for almost two months and we were very pleased with the hotel and decided to extend the booking. With the location in the old town, the rooms were not the biggest, but they were nice, clean, good A/C and with a comfortable bed. What stood out especially was the hotel staff, they made us feel seen and helped in every way they could. They even invited our sons for an escape room experience one afternoon. They greeted us by our names and we would have loved to bring the staff with us to all our future hotel stays. Breakfast was solid with a combination of a buffet and one complimentary dish every day. You find the best Pho in Vietnam in the small cafe at the right corner just after “Banh Mi 25”. All in all - I highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Clean and well located

Hotel was so close to everything, facilities were really clean and staff went above and beyond. We were welcomed with refreshing mango juice and as we were leaving early chef made sure to pack up takeaway breakfast for us, amazing!

The staff amazing even before I arrived in the old quarter amazing and special mentions to Wayne and his amazing staff The Map of the quarter with a big we are here was wonderful and so much information its a must. FINALLY the breakfast unbelievable and it kept you going all day wonderful and I be back love the people and city of Hanoi

The TV played but every TV guy came to fix it I was offered another room but wasn't in long enough 10 out of 10
