Very central area. You can easy to reach to famous destinations with walking distance. Steps to Cafe and restaurants. ATM just onsite Hotel area that was really convenient for using Cash. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended

The room was spotless. Check in very easy & fast. The location is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. Next door is 24 hour convenience store, very handy. Your staff, Victor, Ruby, Vivienne & Wayne are credit to the hotel. They are so helpful and patient. My stay was made totally hassle free by them. Highly recommend

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Hanoi!
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's vibrant center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions.
Ruby and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to offer advice and organize excursions, even multi-day trips. Their dedication to ensuring we had a great experience was truly impressive
