    Had a wonderful stay at NT Elysian Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great hotel with excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

    This hotel is located at the edge of old quarter and many of the places and eateries are within walking distance. The room is clean enough, AC working and hot water bath. Just that the bed is kind of stiff. The staffs are very friendly and helpful . If you need info on tours to sapa, ha long bay etc , u can ask them. Also, beside the hotel, is a very nice noodle shop.

    First I want to say is the 2 young staff members at the reception are great. But their Manger was eh. But regardless of the Manager, the place is run down nothing like the photos on Agoda. The bathroom faucet wasn't even attached to the counter. The Manager even locks the lobby door at night so you feel pretty uncomfortable leaving to go out and have fun. The location is it's only redeamable quality and he makes it difficult for you to leave at night, great idea. Also, I had an issue with my AC and the Manager was very dismissive so this is why my review is this.
