Excellent Service, Great Location, and Amazing Value for Money! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at NT Elysian! The hotel is affordable, but the service was truly outstanding and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived in the early hours of the morning until the end of our stay, the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating. Our room was always clean and well-maintained, and the bedsheets, towels, and other essentials were regularly replaced. We really appreciated how much care they put into making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, making it convenient to get around and explore the city. For the price we paid, the overall experience was honestly amazing. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail made such a difference in our trip. We are genuinely grateful to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant. We would absolutely recommend NT Elysian to anyone visiting Hanoi, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit! 💗

Our stay at NT Elysian Hotel was amazing! The location is excellent, as almost everything you need is within walking distance in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, including restaurants, local food spots, and tourist attractions. We didn’t even need to book a Grab throughout our entire stay in Hanoi because most of the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible on foot! The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well, which made communication easy. Although the room was not the newest, it was clean and comfortable. We also loved the tea they prepared for us! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the hotel’s convenient location made exploring Hanoi so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in the heart of the Old Quarter!

First I want to say is the 2 young staff members at the reception are great. But their Manger was eh. But regardless of the Manager, the place is run down nothing like the photos on Agoda. The bathroom faucet wasn't even attached to the counter. The Manager even locks the lobby door at night so you feel pretty uncomfortable leaving to go out and have fun. The location is it's only redeamable quality and he makes it difficult for you to leave at night, great idea. Also, I had an issue with my AC and the Manager was very dismissive so this is why my review is this.
