The staff at hanoi bong hostel were great, amazing people. 👏
One of the irish lady staff at the ha giang bong hostel (I review both here) were quite rude to guests. I suggest you have positive vietnamese staff in that location.

The property was great! I got private rooms for the three nights, first two were amazing the last one was okay. AC didn’t work in my room but I made it work!

I like how convenient it is to book the ha giang loop tour from this hostel. Location is very strategic. 2 mins from the main road. Its at the Old Quarter. There are few shops nearby the hostel. Very basic accomodation.
The booking information says breakfast is provided but turns out it was just a platter of fruits and few slices of bread. Nevertheless, that was still breakfast. They don't have a dedicated area for breakfast so it was hard to have breakfast when everyone came to register for the loop at the same time.
