some issues with apartment before arriving so we got an upgrade (in terms of apartment space), great location with 2 important metro stations practically on our door step, great restaurants and cafes nearby and within walking distance, really quiet, clean and safe area
new apartment (number 77) was below pictures you can find on booking.com (a lot of chips, dents, weird leaks like faucet leaking into wooden drawer, minor broken things, etc.) which made us feel like the upgrade was not that good, paid 250 euros as safety deposit so we took pictures of all minor flaws which could have been used against us (did not happen, fortunately, as we left the place spotless)

The location was great. Staff really helpful. The agency was right next to the apartment so it was great!
It wasn’t clean. There wasn’t enough toilet paper
