Extremely disappointing stay

Location, close to metro

We booked this apartment expecting a comfortable, “luxury” stay in Paris, but unfortunately it was one issue after another. Cribs promised in the listing were not there on arrival — they arrived only the next day. No hot water the first night; it was fixed the next day. Loud noise in one bathroom — a technician came but couldn’t fix it. Several broken light bulbs and exposed electrical wires in both the bathroom and bedroom, which felt unsafe, especially with young children. Dirty bedspread and a moldy ceiling in the shower. The hair dryer barely worked, and the sofa was damaged. The host’s response was dismissive- I was told they “could have fixed it” if I had spoken up earlier, even though I reported everything during our stay. This property is misrepresented as luxury, and it does not meet basic safety or cleanliness standards. I would strongly recommend avoiding this apartment until these issues are properly addressed

Wouldn't send my worst enemy!

There was nothing we liked about this property; the cleanliness was appalling, and the customer service was even worse.

Customer service was useless, and the apartment was dirty, with blood splats on the walls, thick dust everywhere and hair in the beds.

Lovely large apartment in a central location.

The flat is very spacious and comfortable and ideal for a group. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The location is excellent, in a nice area within 25mins walk of the Seine.

Only 4 mugs and not enough toilet roll provided but everything else great. We reported a loose toilet seat to the agency and they were very helpful and sent someone to repair it the next morning which was a Sunday.

Buena ubicación, amplio, comunicado.

Tiene buena ubicación. Cerca de muchos lugares para comer y de transporte público. Eran 4 recámaras con buen tamaño. 2 baños. Buenas toallas. Suficientes en la cocina.

Los colchones no eran completamente cómodos. Faltó un poco de amenidades en los baños. El lugar estaba limpio pero no impecable. Los vecinos de arriba hacían ruido hasta la madrugada.

Miło spędziliśmy czas, trochę mankamentów do poprawy.

Lokalizacja świetna. Blisko do stacji metra i dworca. Blisko sklepy, piekarnie i restauracje. Netflix. Dwie łazienki.

Czystość mogłaby być lepsza. Szafa w jednym pokoju była zepsuta - drzwi nie dało się otworzyć. Kanapa - odpadał bok. Słabe suszarki do włosów. Niewygodna umywalka w łazience.

La struttura ci è piaciuta moltissimo. Abbiamo notato alcune piccole imperfezioni che bisognerebbe mettere a posto per raggiungere la perfezione: poche stoviglie soprattutto tazze e pentole, in bagno occorrerebbe rivedere l’asse del wc, il mobiletto sul lavandino troppo vicino ne impedisce un utilizzo effettivo, il termosifone di un bagno va sostenuto meglio.. ma piccole cose rispetto al tutto!

Eccezionale.

Casa molto bella, pulita, accogliente, calda, grande, wifi eccezionale e appartamento vicino a tutto, locali, bar,farmacie, lidl, stazione metro e treno a 1 passo dove si può andare ovunque compreso Disneyland, che dire, se ritornerei a Parigi non ci penserei 2 volte a ritornare in questo appartamento. Lo staff è stato sempre presente e disponibile, abbiamo notato che il Phone nell appartamento non funzionava, scritto un mess whatsapp allo staff e subito ne hanno portato uno nuovo, che dire TOP. Grazie di tutto.

Muito bem localizado, espaçoso e bem equipado.

Apartamento bem localizado, espaçoso e com 2 casas de banho, mas o forno não funcionava, não tinha papel higiénico suficiente e a água para tomar banho, numa das casas-de-banho, não era quente o suficiente e era por tempo limitado. A limpeza não era perfeita, mas tirando isso, preenchia todos os requisitos!

De ruimte van het appartement. (Wij waren met 6 personen) Ook de locatie is perfect. 1 minuut lopen naar de metro en heel centraal om bij andere bezienswaardigheden te komen zoals Eifeltoren, het Louvre en Notre Dame

Er waren weinig mokken. Wel veel kleine espresso kopjes.
