We had a wonderful time “flaner” in Paris with the family thanks to the location of the apartment.

One of the 2 bathrooms needs refurbishment : sink/mirror arrangement clumsy and not enough kitchen utensils for families intending to cook.

Extremely bad
The apartment was extremely dirty — everything was covered in dust, dirt, mold, and pigeon feathers. There was no siphon under the kitchen sink, so it smelled terrible. The bed linen had ingrained stains and holes. There wasn’t enough hot water — after one person takes a shower, it runs out. The furniture and interior look nothing like the photos. Two out of four bedrooms didn’t have any closets, so there was nowhere to put our things. The price is completely unjustified for the poor quality. If you don’t want to ruin your impression of the city, avoid staying in this apartment. Also, you can’t even open the windows because of the pigeons.

Desastre !!!
La verdad que bastante mala , pagar 2300€ y no poder descansar y ducharte cómodamente porque el piso está sucio , la ducha no traga , el lavabo es inservible ….. y el portal estaba de meter miedo Hasta el punto de estudiar poner una denuncia . Muy mala experiencia , 3 días sorteando peligros e incomodidades .
