Great stay in the center in of Dinant

Location is perfect and Tastefully decorated. It was also very clean and had everything you would need for your stay

Comfortable, spacious, clean with amazing views!

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed as a family of 4. Amazing views and a lovely balcony to enjoy them from. Well located. Lovely treats awaiting us on arrival and we were even able to access earlier than expected which was much appreciated. Brilliant apartment would highly recommend.

Noting we didn’t like. There was a strong smell of smoke in the building outside the apartment itself which can’t be helped and had been mentioned by other people previously. This didn’t spoil our stay at all but unfortunately might be worth mentioning.

Das Appartement ist direkt am Zentrum gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan.Im Treppenhaus stehen Lüfter, es ist aber immer noch Zigarettenrauch im Hausflur zu riechen. Netter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Lange schwarze Haare auf dem Sofa, teilweise Flecken auf den Stühlen. Die Wohnung war zwar groß, wirkte aber aufgrund der Farbgestaltung etwas ungemütlich.

Zentrales Apartment für einen Kurztrip geeignet

Kurz vor Ankunft erhielt ich eine Nachricht mit dem Zugangscode für den Schlüsselkasten. Optimal. Wir konnten sogar früher ins Appartement. Die Lage ist großartig. Direkt an der Brücke mit den Saxophonen. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns ein paar gekühlte Getränke und eine Tüte Chips. Sehr nett. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig im Haus. Die Einrichtung war vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Zwecke. Gemütliches hochwertiges Sofa. Alter aber gemütlicher Ikea Stuhl. Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Schön

Bei betreten des Treppenhauses wunderte ich mich über die Lüfter, wobei ich bei Eintritt ins Apartment wusste warum. Es roch leider sehr muffig. Im Bad erwartet uns dann eine riesige Spinne in der Wanne , die dort wohl schon etwas länger wohnte, da die Wanne voller Spinnweben war. Oberflächlich war die Wohnung sauber. Leider rocen die Bettwäsche und auch die Handtücher sehr muffig. Ein kurzes durchwachsen der Handtücher bei 35 Grad wäre eine Option gewesen, wurde jedoch durch uns verworfen, da sich in der Waschmaschine noch alte, muffig, feuchte Bodentücher befanden. Die Terrasse, welche zum Hinterhof liegt, war nicht sehr einladend. Überall alte Spinnweben und ein extremer Geruch nach Katzenurin. Wir haben dann den Minibalkon, der zur Maas hin gelegt ist, genutzt . Superschön. Wobei dort noch ein dreckiger überfüllten Aschenbecher stand. Leider wurden in allen Kleiderschränken irgendwelche Gegenstände (alter Lüfter, Leiter, Staubsauger, Kindermatratze) gelagert, welche das deponieren von Kleidung nicht möglich machte. Ein Lüften bei Nacht im Schlafzimmer, welches zum Hof liegt, war aus oben genannten Gründen nicht möglich. Leider.
