Good apartment, close to all, only downside parking and stairs

Overlooked the river, close to Citadel and supermarket. Spacious with two bedrooms, reasonably equipped kitchen. Good communication with property manager and did receive upgrade from original Booking to a larger apartment

Apartment was on 3rd floor (not advised) and only stair access. Could not take our suitcases upstairs to apartment - only small overnight bags. Parking in Dinant a nightmare, closest free parking 1 km from upgrade.

Great location, nice and comfortable apartment

The location near the city center is excellent. There is a free parking on the street. The apartment is big, comfortable, renovated and nicely arranged.

There are no electrical sockets in one room and there are no hanging hooks for the towels in the bathroom.

Great place to stay in Dinant

Access was easy - host sent detailed instructions on how to open the lockbox. The location was excellent - near to everything. The host was exceptional - great communication, offered to make dinner reservations, etc. The apartment was roomy - large bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with two twins. Separate toilet and shower areas. Large bath towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table and comfy looking chairs in the living area. Lots of windows and fans were provided in the bedrooms so you can keep the windows closed (street was a bit noisy but we go to bed early). Easy street parking.

Nothing major - we had a great stay. It's our first time getting a room in Belgium so I can't compare it to other accomodations in the area. Just some notes: the locks were a little tricky to get the key in the right spot, just keep fiddling with them and you'll get in. Entry way and hallway smelled like smoke but the apartment did not, so no issues. The addition of towel hooks near the sink in the toilet and in the shower room would be helpful. Bring your own soap to wash hands when using the toilet though.

One night in Dinant

Self-check in, comfortable bed, spacious room especially bathroom. Responsive and kind owner.

I had difficulties to open the doors because of the lock from the main doors and door from the apartment. Terrible light in the apartment, way too dark. Any hangers in the bathroom. Quite loud apartment is located between 2 streets. Not easy to find a parking on the street as it is a busy place.

un séjour idéal à Dinant

situé en hyper centre de la ville, c'est idéal pour tout faire à pied. les commerces et autres restaurants sont à deux pas. en fait on se trouve juste en dessous de la citadelle. l'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et procure une jolie sensation de cocon.

Redelijk verblijf met goede ligging, ontbreekt net wat faciliteiten

De locatie was in het centrum wat ideaal was voor ons verblijf. Het appartement was ook goed ruim zeker voor 2. Beperkt parkeren is mogelijk in de straat mits betalen aan de parkeermeter verderop, en kan gratis tussen 17u en 9u. Let wel op er zijn maar 3 a 4 plekken.

Bij de accommodatie stond dat er een oven en fornuis aanwezig waren, bij aankomst bleken deze helaas buiten dienst. Had mooi geweest als dit aangepast voor boeking. Voor ons maakte het nu niet uit voor er 1 nacht te verblijven konden we gaan eten in een van de nabijgelegen restaurants. Maar stel dat je boekt voor langer en je wil koken zal dat wat moeilijk zijn zonder fornuis en oven, en ook de frigo stond niet aan bij aankomst en dit was pas in werking tegen de volgende ochtend dus veel meer dan een beetje drank koelen deed het niet helaas. Daarnaast weet ik niet of er nog appartementje zijn die het zelfde zijn, maar ook onze douchekraan zag er anders uit dan op de foto. Gelukkig deed deze het wel en was er warm water.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Facile d'accès en plein centre ville et à proximité des commerces.

La rue est bruyante donc difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres même le soir. Pas de parking (le parking prévu dans l'annonce est le parking public à au moins 10mn à pieds).

Na een dagje Dinant, gingen we met tegenzin naar het appartement.

De bedden liggen prima! Badkamer is oké! Goede WIFI!

De geur in trappenhuis en appartement. Het ruikt naar schimmel en sigarettenrook. Het is onaangenaam warm binnen. Keukenfaciliteiten zijn niet overdadig. Elektrisch fornuis werkt alleen als je de schakelaar in de elektriciteitskast omzet. Waterkoker zit vol kalk. Pannen zijn niet schoon. WC-bril zit los. Banken en fauteuils zitten niet lekker. Geen beschrijving aanwezig voor TV

Très bien placé. Communication avec l'hôte au top, répond à toutes les questions rapidement. Bien équipé

La cuisine n'était pas fonctionnelle, la gaziniere était scotchée, inutilisable, pas indispensable pour 1 nuit mais à savoir pour un plus long séjour. Un peu cher tout de même.

Le matelas était un peux trop moux, c'est un immeuble avec d'autre locataire, ils font forcément du bruit mais ça reste raisonnables. mais tout cela ne dépend pas du propriétaire. certaine ampoules ne fonctionnais pas.

Cocina sin reformar: horno sin reparar, muebles deteriorados, caldera sin tapar en cocina abierta (ruidosa). Ningún perchero o armario para colgar, ningún mueble para ropa. La cisterna pierde agua continuamente y suena.
