Lovely I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely and clean with parking outside warm and cozy with everything you need it’s only 5 minutes walk in to Thirsk and all on a flat walk easy for those who can’t walk hills that good. A lovely touch of complimentary tea coffee milk and a gift of jams locally sourced all in all it was ideal for us.
The settee was low down to sit on as I struggle with my disabilities but it wasn’t too much of a problem I just sat on a cushion and the heating is wall heaters but still it’s not my home lol .

Nice little property with tiny but usable patio garden
Ideal location with parking was a bonus. Lovely and warm.
Height of seating in living room. As older guests we found the seating too low for us and difficult to get up from.
