big room, great location, excellent wifi. I arrived late (at 6:00pm), the receptionist waited for me to give me the keys with a very nice smile. She supposed to leave work at 5:00pm. I really appreciate it.

I saw other guests waiting in outside of the building and could not get in. Feel sorry for them.

Almost everything was perfect.

There was no utensils if one wants to cook something like a frying pan or cooking pots.

Terrified!!!

The security at the hotel was terrible. Some people tried to steal my necklace right at the front door! I was so scared. When I asked for a security camera, the receptionist said there wasn't one at the front door. And they didn't speak Italian or English, so we couldn't even argue about it.

Everything on point

Everything so neat, clean, the reception so kind, ready to help, on the check out day they kept my luggage for the whole day without any extra charges. I felt so safe in there. The location is so strategic, in 2 minutes you can go straight to the metro station. Nearby you have supermarket, atm, the poste italiane office and a bakery, so no need to move too far if you wanna get something really fast. Highly suggest to go for this hotel. Have a good staying!

Excellent stay for a short break

Navigli Suites was very clean and had everything you needed for a short break. The toiletries were lovely. The room was great, and it felt very safe. The young man on reception (from provincia di Bari) was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It is just a short walk from the metro station, and the Navigli canal is close by just a 10/15 minute walk. You can take a leisurely walk to the centre of Milan it takes about 30 mins, but the Metro/Trams are very close if you don't want to walk.

The only thing I can think of is that it could do with a bigger sign outside so you can find it easier.

Quando chegamos para o checkin não havia ninguém no local, e não nos responderam a mensagem, a recepção estava vazia e ficamos esperando uns 40 minutos até que um casal apareceu e abriu a porta. Estávamos somente eu e minha filha e fiquei muito preocupada em não conseguir entrar, após o casal aparecer entramos para a recepção e praticamente entramos num quarto que não tínhamos certeza se era o nosso, havia uma chave encima da mesa e nós ocupamos do mesmo.

Le staff !! La réceptionniste du soir et celui du matin étaient tous les deux tellement gentils !! La chambre était spacieuse et propre, le lit confortable. Nous étions ravis de trouver une chambre bien chauffée à notre arrivée.

La cuisine est un peu vieillotte mais c’est vraiment chercher la petite bête…

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Struttura pulita ed accogliente, in posizione ottima vicino ai Navigli e Porta Genova. Personale giovane e molto cordiale. Camera molto spaziosa dotata di una piccola cucina, molto apprezzata la cabina armadio. Semplice ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nulla sulla struttura, ma se cercate silenzio e relax questa non è la zona da scegliere ;) Ci sono molti locali in zona e se siete affacciati sulla via il rumore è inevitabile.

Struttura ben tenuta con tutto il necessario in camera , personale disponibilissimo, posizione comoda vicino alla metro (anche per chi è poco esperto) e a zona turistica. Camera e bagno ben puliti.

Ben servita per il prezzo pagato rispetto alla media di Milano, aggiungerei delle pantofole usa e getta ma per il resto non è mancato nulla Letto molto comodo e ingresso metro letteralmente a 50 metri dall’uscita, ottima la zona Navigli per la sera quando vuoi andare a bere qualcosa in giro e non vuoi spendere un rene per 2 drink mentre per chi volesse qualcosa da mangiare al volo (oltre al fatto che ci siano un sacco di ristoranti in zona) proprio dietro l’angolo c’è un supermercato con orari abbastanza comodi

C’era un cliente che letteralmente ha gridato tutta la notte, per il resto ottimo tutto non ho lamentele per quanto riguarda la struttura

Mala experiencia!!

La ubicación era buena, la habitación amplia.

Tuvimos varios problemas que no fueron resueltos... ni intentaron resolver. El que menos nos importó fue el fallo en la Red WiFi, además la cobertura era pésima en la habitación. Lo peor fue descubrir al llegar que no había toallas en el baño, además la ducha no estaba del todo limpia, no obtuvimos solución a esto y nos respondieron al día siguiente pero no fallo de servicio por su parte, si no a que tenían problemas últimamente con el WiFi. Por si no fuera poco se escuchó una alarma cada 4 segundos durante toda la noche, insoportable. En fin, pagamos un elevado precio por esta habitación y no pudimos ni ducharnos ni dormir en condiciones!!!

Perfecto, súper recomendable!

Comodidad, limpieza, cercanía al canal, a la estación de tren, comercios de calidad también cercanos, fácil accesibilidad desde el aeropuerto de Malpensa… absolutamente todo un acierto. La habitación era grande, la cama enorme y comodísima, todo muy limpio, con todos los detalles que podíamos necesitar (toallas, geles, champú, crema corporal, botellitas de agua, vasos, gorros de ducha, cepillo de dientes..). El personal muy amable y atento, de hecho hicimos el chek-in y el chel-out fuera de hora por diferentes motivos y estuvieron super pendientes y no pusieron ningún problema. Rotundamente un 10, si volvemos a Milán estoy segura que volveremos a elegir Navigli Suites!

Volveremos a Navigli Suits!

La habitación muy amplia, con una pequeña cocina y baño separado de la estancia para mayor privacidad. La cama comodísima. Tv con Netflix y demás plataformas. Todo muy limpio.

Per un soggiorno milanese, non potevo trovare un alloggio migliore: era tutto perfetto (e ben oltre le mie aspettative), dalla posizione strategica passando per l'arredo, la funzionalità dell'appartamento, la pulizia, i servizi, l'accoglienza deliziosa alla reception con una gentilezza indimenticabile e il rapporto qualità-prezzo, ovviamente! Con Navigli Suites è stato come sentirsi a casa, anche se... a "qualche" chilometro di distanza!

Trato personal y ubicación excelente

El personal de recepción es súper amable, nos atendieron en español, inglés e italiano. Encantadores. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, se encuentra en la zona de más ocio, donde se puede disfrutar de un buen aperitivo pero sin ruidos, pudimos descansar perfectamente. El apartamento estaba limpio y fue confortable. La calefacción estaba encendida así que no pasamos nada de frío en la habitación. Repetiremos seguro.
