San Siro Suites Caldera & Fiera

The accommodation is in a quiet area, but easily accessible by public transport. The room, kitchen and bathroom are very clean and tastefully decorated.

The only recommendation would be to fix the low water pressure in the shower.

Hezké ubytování, je vidět, že si dal majitel záležet, dobré vybavení včetně žehličky, pračky.

Trochu rušnější ulice, ale zatažení rolet pomohlo. Snídaně byla ve formě sucharů jednoho croasanu a marmelády, za mě nedostatečné, ale fajn byl kávovar, mléko a ohledem na cenu ubytování to akceptuji.

The space was adequate, clean and pretty well positioned for or our visit to The San Siro. Generally decent value.

On arriving at the property we followed some photos that had been sent to us, at best they were ambiguous and at worst poorly thought out. Bearing in mind that it was 10pm and pitch dark, me and my 13 yr old son attempted to follow instructions to find not only the entrance, but the keys (and keybox) to enter.. we found the entrance relatively quickly and then began to try to find the keys. Our clue was a close up photo of a keybox, camouflaged by a bush and the code to open it. We couldn't make sense of it so we asked a couple of people who happened to be around, they were really helpful and after 20 mins or so located the keybox. On finding it we were surprised to find that the code we were given had already been entered, but it was still locked! We fiddled with it to try to unlock it but we're very confused... I called the number left on Booking.com but no answer, I sent a message and a reply came pretty quickly telling us one again what the code was... then after a few messages back and forth we get told that we are looking for an all black keybox, which we eventually found buried even deeper in the bush!! We entered the code and the box opened, hallelujah!! The next morning, following a decent night's sleep, I get a message from the owner saying he needs documents and a tourist tax to be paid. I reply immediately saying we are in the apartment but about to go out, we were willing to wait a while. Fifteen mins go by and there is no reply so we head out, a couple of hrs later we are advised we can sort this out later so I message back that we return around 16.15 and we can meet then to sort this out. We return at the designated time but have not received a reply all day to confirm. By 18.30 we are ready to began our walk to The San Siro and nobody has contacted us so we head out.
