Beautiful apartement near fiera Milano

Very beautiful two bedroom appartement ideally located near fiera Milano (10 min walking) Very clean and confortable very well equipped even for cooking. Host Luisa very helpful and friendly helped a lot with all informations and requests

We were happy enough with the apartment but also had some problems.

Good location for what we were doing there. Good communication and assistance from owners.

We thought we had booked a two bedroomed apartment but when we arrived with 3 adults and a baby they told us we had only booked for 2 people which seemed very strange as we thought we had booked a two bedroomed apartment. They required us to pay an extra 200 Eur which left us with a very bad feeling, though maybe we should have checked better what we were booing. Anyone booking this property should carefully review booking data. We had a problem with one of the beds which caused us 3 nights very poor sleep though the owner did fix it after the third night when the bed pretty much collapsed. We did not think the apartment was very clean.

Recommendable location to stay

A perfect location for our Fiera Milano Fair. Just a 15 min walk. The appartement is clean, easy accessible and excellent support from our hostess.

it is not next to the pero-station, and perfect for visiting the fiera, just one stop by metro. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is everything I need, including fast WIFI.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et la logeuse toujours disposée à répondre à vos questions.

bonne accueil et support via WhatsApp très appréciable. Emplacement proche du métro à une seule station de la Fiera Milano et vers le centre ville. Fiera accessible à pieds (bon marcheur) ou en vélo (piste cyclable devant et jusqu'au parc expo) entrée visiteurs au centre du parc. Un bon restaurant à 200m vers la droite en sortant (conseillé sur la fiche de l'appart) et supermarché à environ 500m vers la gauche.

Le bruit passe autour des fenêtres malgré le double-vitrage, c'est dommage. Des WC séparés de la salle de bain aurait été un plus appréciable. Les dosettes de café sont d'un modèle adapté à la marque de la machine "Bialetti" (expérience de janvier 2026), heureusement il y en a quelques unes disponibles à l'arrivée et au supermarché proche.

appartamento caldo e accogliente

Appartamento molto accogliente, caldo e profumato, arredamento minimal ma perfetto per viaggio di lavoro. Presente macchinetta del caffè con cialde e biscottini per la colazione, ottima cosa per accogliere gli ospiti. Posizione perfetta, possibilità di arrivare in fiera a piedi per chi lo desidera, noi siamo andati in macchina per questioni logistiche. Vicino a pizzerie e ristoranti, quindi l'ultima sera non abbiamo usato la macchina, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio vicino la struttura pur rientrando dopo le 18.30 e dopo cena tardi. La proprietaria della struttura è stata molto gentile.

Avrei preferito un letto matrimoniale, ma questa è una sciocchezza perchè comunque ero sola nella stanza ed anche il mi compagno di viaggio.
