We were very unhappy with this apartment. It looks much better in the pictures than in real life. The room shown with a

Unfortunately, this accommodation was in very poor condition. The listing photos are not accurate. It shows a double bed in one room, but in reality there are only single beds. The sleeping arrangements were unacceptable — just thin mattresses placed on top without proper beds. To make matters worse, one toilet was out of order. Cleanliness was below standard, especially in the shower area. There were no toiletries provided, no toilet paper, and the hand soap was almost finished. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.

Rude staff / cleaners when checking out, property owner lied about self check in. We incurred further costs because we were informed that there was no self check in when our flight was delayed.

Poor

This was a very disappointing experience. Our plane got delayed and we landed later than expected. At first the host didn't give me any answers on my texts or calls. Later they said that they would only give us the key until 11:30 pm. That meant that all 5 of us were supposed to stay in the street in the middle of the night in an unknown city if our plane didn't make it in time (which wasn't our fault because the airline delayed it). It was so stressful for me. We had already payed for the bus from the airport but we couldn't make it in time with the bus so we had to pay 100 euros to the taxi to get there faster. The house itself was okay but not really perfect. For example my towel had a hole size of my fist. In the reviews people said that he location was great but I can't agree with that. There was a long walk to the metro and the bus comes only once in 30 minutes.

Old building but clean, big house with 2 bedrooms and big living room ideal for 2 couples or 5 person

The only negative was house supplies regarding toilet paper (1 roll and not spare parts) also in the kitchen not paper or towel . I think for 470€ for 3 nights at least it will be nice to have a second toilet paper or paper in the kitchen.

Rho calma y tranquilidad

El apartamento estaba muy bien, equipado con todo lo necesario. Había un lavabo que no se podía usar, pero por el resto super bien. El único inconveniente fue la televisión, que solo se podían ver canales italianos, así que estuvimos toda la semana sin televisión, lo cual nos hizo desconectar un poco más.

Realmente no hay nada que no me gustará, estaba muy bien. La ubicación aunque está a las afueras digamos del centro, la zona está muy bien ubicada, hay un supermercado cerca. Zona muy tranquila, muy bien!

Wir sind nach 20:30 Uhr angereist und hatten den Eigentümer rechtzeitig darüber informiert. Allerdings war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht klar, dass wir bei einer Anreise nach 20:00 Uhr Extra-Kosten in Höhe von 20,-EUR (!!!) zahlen mussten. Diese Information wurde erst erst bekanntgemacht, als wir das Check-In Formular unterzeichnet haben, ansonsten hätten wir auch keinen Schlüssel zur Wohnung erhalten - mit anderen Worten: Entweder du zahlst 20,- EUR mehr, oder du bekommst keinen Zutritt! Auf den Beleg der 20,- EUR warten wir noch heute!!! Deshalb NIE WIEDER diese Unterkunft!
