Ok to stay

The location was fit for purpose. There is a supermarket nearby from which you can get fresh bread in the morning. There were enough parking places in front of the building. No noise issues with the neighbours or nearby traffic. Ok to stay if you are with a group up to 5 people and don't want to stay in a hotel

We had a lot of issues contacting the owner or Italyving. Before arrival we had to register, but it took over 30 minutes to get the details of 5 persons into the app. It just wouldn't take our country the Netherlands in 1 go. It took 6 to 23 times per question about the country and there were 3. After we finally succeeded, we should receive a code and instructions for the lock which contained the key. This was only received after we contacted Booking.com, so 3 hours after finalizing the registration. In the apartment itself the button for the rain shower didn't work in the bathroom and in the other bathroom you could see a cap in the shower wall if you were in the shower. The pots and pans in the kitchen are scratched on the bottom. This didn't bother us as we only took breakfast in the apartment, but if you want to prepare your own meals (why, you're in Italy with a lot of good, cheap restaurants) you should take your own of buy some. On returning the key we encountered another issue. The lockbox was no longer there.. Instructions were not clear and owner/Italyving could not be contacted again. In the end we left the key in the apartment, which was what we received on whatsap when we were about to enter the Gotthardtunnel

PURA SPECULAZIONE

Essendo a Rho per lavoro, abbiamo apprezzato la posizione vicina alla Fiera. Alloggio tranquillo e senza difficoltá di parcheggio. Unico locale definibile accogliente e efficiente anche se da noi assolutamente inutilizzata: la cucina, buono lo stato dei materassi.

Arredamento pressochè inesistente e a dir poco fatiscente. Impianti (sia elettrico che idraulico spesso a cielo aperto (purtroppo, ho dimenticato di salvare le foto di alcuni dettagli tra cui quello della.produzione dell'acqua calda) e quasi sicuramente fuori norme se non addirittura pericolosi per l'incolumitá di chi soggiorna. Le docce dei due bagni in condizioni fatiscenti e gravemente carenti dal punto di vista igienico. Impossibile pensare di appendere un soprabito sia in ingresso che in soggiorno, per quanto ampi. Scala di accesso alla mansarda con la soliditá e la comoditá di un ponte tibetano. Alloggio consegnato i completamente al freddo, benchè si fosse concordato e rispettato l'orario di check-in.. si consiglia il totale ricondizionamento/ristrutturazione di tutto l'appartamento e l'acquisto di qualche arredo, ma soprattutto RIFACIMENTO TOTALE DELL'IMPIANTI ELETTRICI!

gefällt hat uns der freie Parkplatz vor der Tür. das der Weg zur Messe nicht so weit war. das es dort fußläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab.

der schwarze Schimmel oben in Bad, die undichten Fenster Vor allen oben durch das eine konnte man durch die Fungen nach draußen sehen. im Bad oben kaputte fliesen. es gab nur ein Geschirrhandtuch für für 8 Tage und fünf Personen und einen Abwaschlappen den keine anfassen wollte.

Pour la réservation Envoi à l avance de tous les documents d identité sur le site Italyving . Règlement de la taxe de séjour à l avance . Remise des clés de l appartement Apres contact par wathsapp avecvle loueur pas de clé dans la boîte à clé dabs la boîte à clé prévue. Necessite d attendre dehors pour acceder au logement. Logement Il est noté 3 chambres dans le descriptif réellement il y 2 chambres dont 1 comprend 1 alcool avecx1 lit 1 place et 1 canapé lit dans la pièce à vivre La literie était bonne sauf le couchage du canapé La climatisation de l étage est très bruyante. Les équipements cuisine sont réduits ( mugs, verres insuffisants pour 6 personnes.) Fourmis dabs la cuisine et sous le tapis du séjour. Certaines prises électriques be fonctionnent pas . Accès au velus impossible. .
