Met our basic needs.

Summer weight duvets. Option for twin beds. Annex was dusty. Towels cast fluff. No map of area. No welcome pack.

Lovely accommodation in a great location

We loved the size of the accommodation and its location, just a short walk to the beach It was very clean and tidy and had all cutlery/ plates etc. We were grateful for the washing line as came in very handy Overall a lovely place and good value

There was nothing that we didn’t like, but because the weather has started to heat up we did find we were very warm at night. A fan in the accommodation would sort this out easily

A great place to stay!

Perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, well equipped, and we slept like logs! Our host was helpful and timely with information. Excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend. My grandson appreciated having Netflix! It is a fair walk from the seafront, but if, like us, you don't have a car, there are half-hourly buses nearby which will take you into Felixstowe town.

Disappointed

The large room, comfortable bed, easy key collection, safe parking.

Poorly designed, albeit large room. Shower/toilet so small when there was plenty of space to have doubled the size. Uncomfortable sofa. No proper wardrobe or drawers, bed at opposite end to toilet. And no milk. Could be so much nicer.

Because the carnival was on there were diversions which meant we had to get a cab to the port and we were severely delayed.

Great place for short term or longer term stay, and parking for your car.

The Annex was everything we needed for our 16 day stay. It is a big 1 room Annex with separate bathroom. The bed was in the far corner which was perfect for a couple. May be a bit of an issue if you have kids as there is no separation. There was ample room to not only hang up all our clothes (I don't travel lightly), but a separate area by the door for coats and shoes to be stored. Suitcases were out of the way under the bed. Our kitchen came with all we needed, a burner, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Lots of cutlery, dishes and pots and pans. We really didn't need anything. It also has a washing machine and a line to hang out your clothes. Oh and there is also a place to park your car if you have one and that was a game changer for us.

Now I'm getting picky, but it really changes nothing in our stay. We could've used some central lighting in the kitchen area and the couch was not too comfy. Again, not a deal breaker.

We enjoyed our stay until we went to bed and found the above, which was very off putting. It was a lovely place otherwis

The property was well equipped, easy to find and in a good location. It had everything needed for a short break or holiday.

It was obvious the bedding hadn’t been changed since the previous guests. The bottom sheet had to be swept with my hand to clear it of little bits. There was also a dirty tissue left under one of the pillows.

Excellent Location and very accomodation

The Annexe was very good stayed a couple of nights, location excellent good range of shops and restaurants and take aways. The accommodation was super clean and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen area . Appreciated the good shower and flexible heating in the apartment. Off street parking a huge benefit as we had a trailer. Would definitely use again.
