4-Bedroom House 5 mins to Beach & Parking

Lots of beds and very close to the sea side. We had no issues, but equipment and furnishings are fairly basic. Could be difficult with young children, but good option for a group of adults.

The place had been outsourced to cleaners, so could do with a good look over and a full clean. Kitchen equipment was quite basic. Was enough for 4 people, just about. There was no ironing board/iron, which was an issue for me. Hair-drier would also be useful.

The location is great and the house is roomy. Near shops and supermarket. Central heating and bathroom facilities were very good and overall the rooms were clean. Plenty of dishes and utensils for use and a lovely welcome pack of tea etc which was unexpected.

On arrival, at 8.30 at night, we couldn't access the house because the lock was faulty. However the landlord came out quickly at our request and rehoused two of our party overnight at a flat near Ipswich Marina. I found accommodation with a friend in the town. Next day the lock was repaired, but it continued to give us slight problems throughout our stay and needs replaced. The ironing board was broken when I went to use it, and we could not tune the TV in, and there were no instructions on how to do this. There was however internet access.
