Beautifully decorated cosy seaside escape

It’s such a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable chairs and bed and lots of amenities provided to make everything as easy as possible. The Beach is over the road and there are bars and restaurants close by. I felt so cosy and welcome, the host was very welcoming and communicative and on hand close by for any issues. Check in via a code on the door gave me tonnes of flexibility and I had a lovely stay

A perfect little getaway

From the moment we arrived, we could see at a glance that this sea side accommodation was just perfect. Everything was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Donna was a lovely host.

There wasn't anything to dislike. If I had to be picky , it would have been nice to have toiletries in the bathroom, the small bottles of shower wash/shampoo... There was hand soap, so nothing to complain about. It was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

Great homely apartment and welcoming host.

The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed, felt very homely. I loved the paintings and decor. The apartment was in a great location, very close to the town centre and seafront. Donna the host was very welcoming and the communication throughout the stay was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful, cosy, romantic get away apartment.

Everything about the apartment was just perfect , it was cosy, spotlessly clean, it was romantic Like something from a romantic book or a film We fell in love with it as soon as we walked through the doors, the bedroom is just beautiful. So wonderful to be on the sea front and right next to the Alex for food and drinks, so convenient Donna was just so lovely, great communication throughout couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish, the perfect host & so glad we had the opportunity to meet her Many thanks Donna, we will definitely be returning, what a beautiful find.

Absolutely loved our stay at The beachfront Studio apartment, it has been beautifully decorated , has all the appliances you need inside and very clean. Donna has been a wonderful host, very friendly providing great communication and gave us great recommendations of where to go and what too see whilst we visited. Felixstowe beachfront apartment

The studio apartment has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. Easy access for able people, and great communication.

As it's a basement apartment, there are not many windows to open, so we had to leave the front door open while we were there. Except for when we're sleeping, of course. If you are loading or unloading your vehicle, the neighbours are very quick to remind you that you can't park in front of their garage. So parking by the property could be an issue.

Relaxing, and feel very happy there .

Absolutely stunning apartment , extremely clean , very quirky and decor was fantastic , we absolutely loved this place , perfect location on sea front and a short walk to shops and restaurant. To top it the owner puts her own paintings in the apartment and they are brilliant sis much so I'm going to buy one . Thank you Donna we will definitely stay again . S and M

Picture perfect stay

Such a warm and cosy environment and you can witness a beautiful sunrise on a clear day. All amenities are catered for. The heating was on at regular intervals and the bath and shower was always hot. Having a dishwasher was also a great help. Donna was so lovely and never really heard her other than bumping into her one day. I hope to be back one day
