This flat is about a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus from old/new town. Perfect to be close but not too close! Clean, quiet and roomy. The shower didn’t work though so we took baths. Not great and no one came to fix it despite requests. Great pubs very close. Also a grocery store and Starbucks very close. Perfect for what we needed!

Booked our driver through the instructions and had no issues. Property is located in a great spot close to bus and tram stops if you aren't walking everywhere. Property was clean and everything worked great. Would book again.

Everything about this rental was a hassle.
I did not know it was a walk up, I did not know you had to pick up keys in a different location than the property.
I had contacted them multiple times on days before arrival, looking to get additional information, I was told I would have it that morning. When I landed, I still didn’t have anything from them and had to call, which is expensive in Europe.
The apartment appears to have been renovate not that long ago, but the cleaning crew does not do a good job. Dust bunnies on the floor were everywhere, which made me question cleanliness of everything else.
The main issue though is that you are dealing with a management company who has no idea about the apartment itself and answers in templated responses. There was no hallway light, bathroom didn’t flush properly, blind in the bedroom would not stay down, some of the burners did not work. None of it was fixed during my stay, even though someone came out like 3 times.
This part is probably on the owner, but there was 1 pot (no lid) and one frying pan. No at all sufficient for cooking for a family.
