Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is the 2nd year in a row we booked on VRBO for a condo in Lakeland Village and it did not disappoint. This studio is perfect for 2 people and had plenty of storage for clothes. The location of this particular unit is so convenient as it's near the front desk and fitness center, overlooks one of the pools and hot tubs, has an elevator in the building, excellent parking in the garage, and you can easily walk from there to stores and restaurants. The private beach is so nice and the pier is so wonderful to watch the sunsets. We would stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed for 9 nights in our studio condo and it was the perfect size for 2 people. It has a very nice and updated kitchen, with generous eating area and countertop. The location of this unit is close to the front desk and lobby and the fitness center. The balcony overlooked a pool and hot tub and was always shady. The communication and responsiveness from Vacasa was excellent. We go to Lake Tahoe each summer for vacation and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
