Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

As frequent visitors to Aston Lakeland Village in Southlake Tahoe, we were so looking forward to using the swimming and hot tub as was promised in the advertisement for our stay however, upon arrival, we were told that the both pools were closed, and the hot tub was closed due to maintenance There was also no beach chairs available as we were told. Those were also under maintenance if we would’ve known this in advance, we would not have booked our stay after coming to Aston Lakeland for years. We’ve noticed no noticeable services that are no longer available like the shuttle service to the casino and Prices have gone up consistently over the last 10 years, but the services promised by Vacasa were lacking and not consistent with what was advertised we feel we’ve been cheated I probably won’t be coming back
