Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Easy check in, nice location. Only real downside is how incredibly hot the loft can get, even with AC on full blast. Also would have been nice to have basic kitchen stuff like salt and pepper. Otherwise, had a wonderful stay!

Overall, my experience was okay. The internet connection was very spotty for cell phones, which made it difficult for remote work at times. Sometimes it worked well, but I had no control over it since I couldn’t use an internet cable or other options. The full kitchen was available, but the supplies were quite limited. For example, if you wanted to make eggs, there weren't the right pans for that. There were no hangers in the closet, but the staff promptly helped us with that. I also noticed a plastic plate on the wall, though I’m not sure what its purpose was. While the place was clean, I did notice some dust and other minor issues, especially when I was unpacking my clothes. However, the location was great, close to everything, and the staff were friendly. The building had a welcoming atmosphere, but overall, it felt old and in need of some updates. I would consider returning to this complex, but not to the same unit.
