Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This location is great, our family had a great time at the resort. We especially liked the private beach and walking distance to shops and entertainment.
The unit is inside the lodge building. Both the building and unit could use some updates. The condo was fine for sleeping and simple food prep, the kitchen is not big enough for cooking big meals. Condo was kid friendly and clean, but not a luxury rental. It was less expensive than other units in the resort and it was fine if you’re not expecting a modern unit. Overall I would recommend this place based on the location.
