Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There may be a camera on the front porch of the unit, but never inside the home.
Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.
Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was great for exploring South Lake Tahoe, access to the beach was great.

Not what I expected. Unit 315 is like an economy hotel room with some upgraded furnishings. The good: location, under ground parking, elevator, big hot tub, master shower. the Bad: The space has been used heavily used. The foam on master bed was not comfortable for us, the place sleeps at least 4 and did not have enough plates/bowls for the family, you must go thru the master bathroom to get to the master bedroom. Super strange to me. The hot tub looked dirty because it is stained on the bottom. After a long day of flying, I reached out to the front desk only to be bounced around. Eventually, someone called me that had real answers, however, it was irritating. I thought I had paid 5K for the week, in reality, we paid 3200 so I was not nearly as frustrated after I realized this. The place did its job and we got used to the imperfections. Nothing will stop good family time if that is what you are after!
