Enjoyed the location of this condo. Close to city center and groceries. The unit was clean and had everything needed to be comfortable. Truly, the only down side we found was that the loft space including the bathroom is super tight/small and offers very little storage so my son's clothes were everywhere. Would be great if hooks were added to walls to allow for hanging of ski clothes at the end of the day in the loft area.

My husband and I travel to South Lake Tahoe very often and stay at Lakeland village because we love this property! By far this time was one of the best vacations that we had. This specific townhome was very clean, very well stocked with supplies, updated unit, spacious and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back soon. Also thanks to Vacasa to make our stay easy and enjoyable!!

I joined a friend for a long weekend in Lake Tahoe in early August. Lakeland Village is a lovely property, quiet, and in an ideal location--so easy to get anywhere. The property also offers a large private beach, two pools, and a large jacuzzi. The townhouse was very clean and the sofa and beds were comfortable. The townhouse layout worked well for two people, with one bedroom on the 1st floor and a lofted bedroom on the 3rd floor. The lofted bedroom idea is not ideal unless everyone is on the same sleep schedule. We did experience some issues during our stay, including lamps and outlets that did not work, lampshades that were damaged and loose, windows that we could not open because they lacked screens, and lampshades that were damaged and loose. We were never able to get any of the televisions to work, so were not even able to play music. The biggest issue by far was the temperature variation within the townhouse. The third floor was always too warm, but there was a ceiling fan, so that helped; the second floor was usually comfortable and also had a ceiling fan; the first floor was always freezing. Blankets and jackets were necessary on the first floor and this was in early August. Perhaps this could be comfortable in cooler months when using the heater, but it was a downer for us.
