Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Surveillance Camera - Yes. There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There may be a camera on the front porch of the unit, but never inside the home.
Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.
Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I loved the convenience of checking in without having to deal with going into the office. Everything was mapped out for us on how to arrive, check in, instructions, and checking out.

Our room was dirty. We had to call house keeping an have the sheets on the pull out bed changed. They hadn’t been sense previous occupants. There was a half used bar of soap in the shower. The roof in the kitchen had a bunch of stuff on the ceiling. I found a vape an a bunch of floss sticks on the floor behind the ottoman upstairs. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the garbage situation is stupid. They need to figure something out about the garbage. You shouldn’t have to hike your garbage out to the dumpster at the end of your stay.
With all that being said. We were only there for two days and it matter needs the pool and hot tub are really nice. The beach is right there and it’s really close to Stateline. We couldn’t have stayed more than the two days we were there though.
