The hot tub was nice and it worked. The front desk staff was very nice.

I think they are in the midst of renovating the location. The outside was not as nice as the pictures. I would not stay again.

Everything it was absolutely disgusting, we left and couldn’t even get a refund because your app couldn’t make things right. Will not be using you guys any longer after spending thousands of dollars on your app

Great stay to get away from your worries

Friendly, welcoming, very comfortable beds and gorgeous rooms. I love the shower because I have mobility issues, I was able to walk straight in the shower and not have to worry about falling.

Run down and staff wasn’t the most helpful

It was close the convention center where we had an archery tournament

First, I needed to reduce my stay by a day so I contacted Booking, who contacted the property. They never responded so I was told to let them know at check in. Well, they claimed they couldn’t fix it and to contact Booking. Magically the next morning they remembered getting a call from Booking and it was handled. As of this morning I still have a charge pending for the full amount. Second, our room smelled of stale cigarettes, there was water damage in the bathroom, busted sink, and broken shower head. There was visible water damage throughout the hotel. The hot tub was also shut down by the health department due to a non-heating issue-or so they say. Will never stay again and may have to dispute the charge

Great location. Super convenient to gas station and restaurants.

Obvious water leaks on the ceiling and around the window. This would give me some mold and mildew concerns, especially for a long stay.

Toilet seats were marred and while probably clean didn’t appear clean, felt like it was not safe to be barefoot, no garbage bags in garbage cans left for guests to do. When filling out comment card and dropping in staff immediately retrieved and questioned guest on why low rating.

The breakfast food wasn't that good I didn't like the gravy and the pool needed some up keeping but it did seem like someone was working on the pool while we were checking out Sunday!

Location was fine. Breakfast was quite good.

The pool area was dismal- drywall disintegrating and paint peeling. Hot tub controls falling apart and temperature of the tub was below standards.
