Great location in Hay on Wye . Across the road from the pub and close to the action in Hay.?the facilities were exceptional with plenty of room . Bonus was the parking next to the house . Clean and very comfortable.

Location very good self catering as required.
An additional TV in one of the bedrooms and a good aerial system for the TV instead of having to rely on the internet which lost signal a few times.
