Brilliant price and quality. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t fault the lodge at all. The staff at the clubhouse were friendly and put on good entertainment of bingo and a quiz.
The fact we couldn’t experience the pool! Missed it on Saturday (short times and difficult to book with short reception times) tried to book on Sunday - only available 1300-1700 on Sundays- was advised fully booked. A shame as was really looking forward to using the pool and sauna / steam- one of the main reasons for booking !
The check in was confusing, with multiple different check in / out times sent via email from booking.com / Erigmore. Contradictory information - booking advised no pets allowed however email sent saying pet friendly.
Check in - was advised this would be confirmed on an email, didn’t state how to. When we arrived there before 2000, was confusing as a sign pointing to reception, after looking around in the dark and rain, resorted to going into the bar and was advised it’s because we are later and reception is closed so was given the key from the bar - which was fine and no problem and the lady was lovely, however maybe put this into the description for guests as it was confusing to figure out.

Well placed, clean and it has everything you need inside: 45 inch tv, can connect to Netflix etc. modern and very well equipped kitchen. 5 stars
The food at the pub/restaurant was good (chicken balmoral was delicious). The only downside is that is not much on the menu.

Staff helpful and friendly. Location perfect for country walks . Accommodation spacious and had everything we needed and nice and cozy in the cold weather.
I like a hot bath and couldnt run one but totally understand that the temperature has to be kept down to prevent scalding.
